Our blended cheeses are a perfect option for those who like a typical Spanish cheese but want to have an alternative to Manchego cheese. These are the most consumed in Spain and you can find them with 2 or 3 different kinds of milk (sheep, goat, and cow). Our great variety of flavours and maturations will suit the most demanding palates.

Extra Mature, Wedge 150 g and 250 g
This cheese, made from cow’s and sheep’s milk and aged for a minimum of 270 days, features an intense aroma, spicy flavor, and firm texture, attributes developed throughout a carefully controlled maturation process in our aging rooms, where humidity and temperature are kept constant. It delivers a long-lasting sensation on the palate, characteristic of cured cheeses with strong personality.
