Our blended cheeses are a perfect option for those who like a typical Spanish cheese but want to have an alternative to Manchego cheese. These are the most consumed in Spain and you can find them with 2 or 3 different kinds of milk (sheep, goat, and cow). Our great variety of flavours and maturations will suit the most demanding palates.

Gran Capitán 
Semi-cured, Small 930 gr
Gran Capitán semi-cured cheese is characterised for its perfectly balanced flavour, neither too strong, not too mild, which preserves the values of cured cheese and yet leaves a less intense aftertaste. The result of the careful maturation process is a cheese with a pleasant taste and a soft texture.

A combination of different types of milk, cow, sheep and goat, and a minimum maturation period of 35 days, give us a harmonious cheese with a delicate taste that does not renounce the traditional flavour.
