Our blended cheeses are a perfect option for those who like a typical Spanish cheese but want to have an alternative to Manchego cheese. These are the most consumed in Spain and you can find them with 2 or 3 different kinds of milk (sheep, goat, and cow). Our great variety of flavours and maturations will suit the most demanding palates.

El Ventero 
Tender, Sliced 200 gr
El Ventero is the tender cheese of all tender cheeses, because it is made using traditional methods: with the best milk, loving care and nothing else, without adding colourants or preservatives. Thus, maintaining the cheese-making tradition that comes from the heart of the Mancha.

Of an ivory colour, it stands out for its flavour and soft texture, thanks to the perfect blend of goat, cow, and sheep milk. The careful attention paid to its maturation process which lasts for approximately 7 days and the double amount of goat's milk used in comparison to the rest of tender, blended cheeses of the market, endow it with a unique lightness and a fresh and pleasant aroma.
