Gran Capitán Sheep cheese has a very strong flavour that evokes the aromas of tradition. The milk used to produce it is 100% pasteurized sheep milk so its colour is pale yellowish, and its taste has a unique character that only sheep can give the cheese. It is aged minimum 6 months.
