Don Bernardo is an authentic cheese made with 100% Manchega sheep's milk with Protected Designation of Origin. It has been matured in special preserving conditions and each cheese is examined and undergoes a very strict control that ensures the high quality of the product. This cheese has a minimum maturation of 4 months.
