The Manchego Cheese
            
            
            We produce in Villarrobledo PDO Manchego cheese, a sheep’s milk cheese with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), it is considered as a star product among the food industry of the Castilla La Mancha region.
Its name is due to its elaboration in the natural region of La Mancha, made from milk of genuine Manchega sheep bred in farms registered in the Regulatory Council of the Designation of Origin.
            
            
             
            
            
            The Regulatory Council certifies the origin of the milk used in the production process and guarantees the quality of the product through a serial number on the back label and a casein tab placed on the cheese. The Manchego Cheese has a minimum maturation of 60 days.
